There is an increasing awareness that certain aspects of our modern lifestyles contribute to our health and well-being. Limiting our time sitting at desks, adding more exercise into our day, and eating the right foods are common recommendations from all health-related professionals.
Yet, optimal health blossoms when we are aligned in our movement, and when we move more often and in varied ways. Based on my years of studying and educating, I have developed a method to support and nurture women's health through exercise. Every session is tailored to you and aims at providing you with an education about the dynamic relationship between movement and menstruation, conception, pregnancy, postpartum, or menopause.

While my work gravitates toward fertility and pre-conception, my interests are certainly not limited to this one phase in women's lives. I am constantly learning and sharing about all phases of women's health. Beyond private, specialized services upon request, I write about and instruct in workshops on a range of topics: from pelvic floor workshops to movement tips to blissfully prepare for birthing or restore during the postpartum period to de-constructing notions about menopause to free women to experience the transition in their individual way.
